Blisko 6 mln złotych z 1% podatku dla Fundacji TVN

„Jestem ogromnie wzruszona rekordową skalą okazanego Fundacji TVN wsparcia. 1% podatku to kwota, która może wydawać się niewielka, ale ofiarowana przez dziesiątki tysięcy ludzi wielkiego serca robi ogromne wrażenie. Dodatkowe 6 mln złotych zebrane w ten sposób zasili fundusz naszego najważniejszego projektu, jakim jest obecnie budowa Centrum Psychiatrii Dzieci i Młodzieży przy Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka. To ważne, że jako społeczeństwo widzimy, że problem psychiatrii dziecięcej jest palący. W imieniu zespołu Fundacji TVN bardzo dziękuję wszystkim, którzy nas wspierają – także ofiarowując nam 1% swojego podatku” – podkreśla Katarzyna Kolenda-Zaleska, Prezes Fundacji TVN.

W Polsce żyje około 7,5 mln dzieci i młodzieży – zdaniem ekspertów blisko 9% z nich wykazuje zaburzenia w stopniu wymagającym profesjonalnej pomocy psychiatrycznej i psychologicznej. W prawie 40-milionowym kraju pomoc świadczy zaledwie około 450 psychiatrów dziecięcych. W odpowiedzi na ten problem, w 2020 roku Fundacja TVN postanowiła zainicjować budowę Centrum Psychiatrii Dzieci i Młodzieży we współpracy z Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka.

Będzie to pierwsze tego typu centrum lecznicze w Polsce dla młodego pokolenia z całej Polski. Oddział Pobytu Dziennego zapewni pomoc około 30 pacjentom dziennie, czyli 10 tys. pacjentom rocznie. Oddział Pobytu Stacjonarnego będzie dysponował 32 miejscami, w tym 6 łóżkami na Oddziale Obserwacji, 4 łóżkami na Oddziale Detoksykacji oraz 22 łóżkami na Oddziale Szpitalnym. W Centrum będzie również działać Poradnia Psychiatryczna, a pacjenci Centrum będą mieli możliwość korzystania z pełnej diagnostyki, tj. m.in. z tomografii, rezonansu czy szerokiego zakresu badań laboratoryjnych. Koszt tej inwestycji po stronie Fundacji TVN wynosi ok. 34 mln złotych.

Projekt budowy Centrum Psychiatrii Dzieci i Młodzieży można wciąż wspierać finansowo:

· Wysyłając SMS o treści „Pomagam" pod numer 7356 (koszt SMS 3,69 zł z VAT);

· Wysyłając przelew na Telefon BLIK na numer 509 559 966;

· Dokonując wpłaty na konto PL 25 1140 1010 0000 2581 1800 1001 (MBank);

· Ustawiając zlecenie stałe na powyższy numer rachunku bankowego;

· Jako firma lub instytucja na podstawie umowy darowizny – fundacja@tvn.pl

Fundacja TVN została założona w 2001 roku. Od momentu powstania jednym z jej podstawowych celów jest pomoc państwowym instytucjom ochrony zdrowia. Polega ona przede wszystkim na remontach i budowie klinik szpitalnych oraz na zakupie sprzętu medycznego i karetek pogotowia. W ciągu ponad 20 lat swojego funkcjonowania Fundacja przekazała na działalność pomocową około 275 mln złotych. Pomoc indywidualną od Fundacji otrzymało do tej pory ok. 30 tysięcy osób, w szczególności dzieci potrzebujące leczenia i rehabilitacji.

About 7.5 million children and adolescents live in Poland and according to experts, nearly 9% of them show disorders requiring professional psychiatric and psychological help. In a country with almost 40million people, only about 450 child psychiatrists are available to provide help. In response to this problem, in 2020 the TVN Foundation decided to initiate the construction of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Center in cooperation with the Children's Memorial Health Institute.

It will be the first treatment center of this type in Poland and a mental health reference center for young people from all over the country. The Day Care Department will provide assistance to approximately 30 patients a day, i.e. 10,000. patients annually. The Stationary Residence Department will offer 32 places, including 6 beds in the Observation Department, 4 beds in the Detoxification Department and 22 beds in the Hospital Department. The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Center will also house a psychiatric clinic as well as allow patients to benefit from a full range of diagnostic tests from CT scans, MRI or a wide range of laboratory tests.

The TVN Foundation was established in 2001. Since its inception, one of its primary goals has been to support health care institutions operated by the state. The help provided by the Foundation mostly encompasses the renovation and construction of hospital clinics and the purchase of medical equipment and ambulances. Over the 20 years it has been active, the Foundation has donated about 275 million PLN for the treatment of thousands of patients. So far, over 30,000 people, predominantly children, have received individual support from the Foundation.
